Halala Coal Directors
Halala coal has a balance shareholding with two equal shareholders, both as founders and sole owners of the business since its inception in 2012. Both Mr. Desmond Lynch and Mr. Mxolisi Ndhlovu are Executive directors and shareholders of the business. Both shareholders have been together since 2008 in different business and have earned a high level of trust and commitment to each other while putting business interest first and work diligently. The relationship has grown to the point where their families have become friends and most people in the area believe that the two are blood brothers.
